    Phone does not ring when dark.

    If I do not use the phone for a couple of minutes, it goes dark. When it is dark, no calls come through. They all go to voice mail. That can't be right. How would you ever get a call unless you kept hitting the top button every couple of minutes? What am I doing wrong?
