    Help visual voicemail issue

    Any one else experiencing vvm that every now and then cant connect? I get a message saying that there are voicemail activities that I need to log in for. When I try to see them by refreshing the messages, it tells me I need to call *611. This goes on for a couple days until I pull the battery.
