    deleting many e-mail messages on Sprint Hero

    I'm assuming this is the easiest thing in the world... I just can't figure it out. I have 2 POP e-mail accounts and I'm looking to delete several messages without having to click on the X next to each one. How can I delete ALL the e-mails in a certain folder (inbox, trash, sent, etc...)...
