    On step #9 in part 1 i got this error: ... FAILED (remote: unknown command) finished. total time: 0.000s For part 2 steps 1 and 2, im not sure which website to go to. other than these my pc is recognizing the device and it seems to be working.

    So after I hold down the power button and volume down I get this Im not familiar with what a unlocked bootloader it. I’m trying to get to the boot loader (I think), in order to reset the phone. What’s the difference between a bootloader and a fast boot? I probably sound kinda dumb, sorry...

    I have a Nokia c100 that has a pattern lock. I need to be able to get in to the phone or hard reset. data preservation not necessary. I tried using the boot loader (holding down power/volume up or/and down, all combinations), nothing. All I got was a small white “fast boot mode” on bottom left...
