    top section of phone is loose

    I'm not sure if this is a common problem or not, but the left section of the top piece of my phone (the plastic around the earpiece) is somewhat loose, and causes a bit of light bleed when I look at the phone from an angle.     I've just spent six hours trying to root my streak, the entire issue being that the driver is broken on W7. What happens every time I reinstall is it detects my phone the first time, allows me to set it up, but after that, it becomes completely useless. Windows explorer recognizes the streak...
