    Help WCDMA only or GSM/WCDMA auto?

    Hi, I'm using Desire in Malaysia with 2.2. I notice sometimes in areas where the 3G signal is fairly OK, the phone tends to connect to Edge or alternate between 3G and Edge. If I change my settings to WCDMA only: 1) will my battery life improve since the phone is not switching between signals...
