    I need the tool. It would not exist if OTA updates can be done in all situations. It's a tablet that no longer has mobile data service. And the stock updater will NOT use wifi, by design. So they made this tool available for cases like this. I can't find the download.

    Send HTML mail?

    Apologies if asked/answered - seems like a common question but I could not find any. Is there an email client or setting to allow me to send HTML mail? Especially when replying or forwarding mail already in HTML -- I do not want to lose its richness.
