    Notification Bar is Dim

    In Jelly Bean, the notification bar seems as if it has a semi-transparent overlay at the left side. This causes the notification icons, e.g. WeatherBug, to be grey rather than white. I'm running the stock TouchWiz launcher. The settings in WeatherBug are for the notification icon to be white...
