    ok So i have a rooted devour and i want to wifi tether. I got the wireless tether app but it said i need to new kernel what do i need to do and how?

    OK so i rooted my phone and now i can't find a good app to use I got the setcpu but do not know how to use it. Also dose anyone know a good program to wifi tether with? Or anyother apps I should check out.
