    Cant boot into recovery

    I am unable to boot my Sprint HTC hero into recovery mode. When I do it has a triangle with an exclamation point. I have to take the battery out to reset it. The phone is rooted and I am trying to get a new ROM. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks
