    Native Messaging Widget

    I put the native HTC messaging app on one of my screens because I saw a video on how you can swipe up and it changes the pages of the people you are messaging with. My problem is I still get an alert on my messaging icon and it takes me to the line by line messaging. Am I missing something?

    Is there an option I don't see to forward a message in either Handcent or the native messaging app?

    Default apps

    I did the download of the Handcent messaging to try and help with the battery issue. My problem is that I did set it for default, but I am getting messages in there as well as the Eris messaging program. Is there a way to check the default program?
