    Proscan PLT1066 Change/Upgrade OS

    I have a Proscan PLT1066... I want to put a newer version of JB on it... it comes with 4.1.1... I would really like to have 4.3... I don't really need kitkat (4.4)... I'd also feel good about having the cyanogenmod... However, I've followed a few guides and can't seem to get them to work...

    Help Setting Priorities

    I have a motorola droid (Verizon Wireless) and am using easytether pro, connected to a Dell D820 LT with windows vista home edition. I loaded bittorrent on it. BT smokes at nearly 200kbs. However, while it's running I can't use MSIE 8. I know that this sounds like a BT problem and not a droid...
