    Help Samsung Galaxy Tab Keyboard problem

    I just purchased a Galaxy Tab and keyboard. Some of the keys do not type what they are supposed to. If I try to type @, I get " and if I type " I get a @. The Shift 3 does not type # either. Tech support at the store had no answer and the display keyboard did the same thing. Any suggestions?
