    Help SWUpgrade Not Working?

    Trying to root my phone, ive uninstalled all drivers then reinstalled also using the old swupdater with the sdx patch. When i get to the last step on the swupgrade i click go and its only like a 4 second process and doesnt really send the rom over to the phone. Any ideas?
