    Uninstalled TTS Service

I accidentally (stupidly) uninstalled the TTS Service on my GS2 2.3.6 EK02. I did this using Titanium Backup after rooting the phone. Will unrooting my phone get the Service back? If I then re-root it, will the Service still be there?
