    Wallpaper Issue

    I'm a BRAND NEW smart phone user, and I am having trouble with my wallpaper. I assume it is probably an easy fix, but I just cant seem to find it! :confused: I have a Motorolla Droid Pro. All of a sudden I have a "halo" effect around all my wallpaper screens??? How do I get rid of this darn thing?
