    I got this from the tu forums What you need to do is go to the phone and put in the ##3282# enter in your MSL press edit and enter the MSL in again. Press advanced and change the first three things (all 3 vocoder's) to 4GV. Reboot and you'll notice the change later if not instant.

    I think I found a way to use wifi tether as a hotspots. First- download n install wifi tether from the play store Second- goto settings n choose device profile n select zte blade Then goto setup n choose softop
