    macOS getting photos from Nexus 5

    So I've got a Nexus 5 and I hook it up with my MacBook. I use Android File Transfer to copy photos from my Nexus 5 its /DCIM/Camera folder to my Macbook. Then I delete them. However, when I open the Photos app on my Nexus 5, there's still a bunch of pictures there. Why?

    Alternative Youtube app, sound only

    Is there an alternative to the standard Youtube app? I use the app to listen to music when I'm biking. The standard app will pause when I lock the screen. Also, I'm looking for an app that'll just play the audio, instead of the full video, if that's possible.

    I find it very useful to search for apps on the Android Market in my browser. When I click in my browser (Google Chrome) on "install app", a popup appears which says "This app will be downloaded to your device shortly."     Google maps, drop pin and star it

    I used to have an iPhone. In the Maps app, it was possible to drop a pin, tap the pin then bookmark it. This is useful for instance when you're in a nature reserve for instance, if you want to return to a certain point later. How can I do the same in the Android version of Google Maps?

    Popup to control music player

    I've got a Samsung Gio running Captive, with Android 2.3 beneath. I'd like a way to control the music player with a popup, that appears when you doubleclick the home button (yeah, I'm a former iPhone user). Is there an Android equivalent for this iPhoneish shortcut way to control music playing?
