    Help Speech Rate Dimmed in TTS settings

    Hi I'm trying to increase the speech rate which is too slow in the Google Play Book App. When I go to Settings->Text-To-Speech the speech rate dialog is present but it grayed out. It is indeed set to go slowly. This is the case no matter which speech engine I choose. Thanks Elliot

    S4 S Memo not able to record?

    Hi I just started using s memo on my samsung s4 and it seems great except for the fact that I always get this unable to record message. I'm running s voice Google now and nuance dragon mobile Any ideas?
