    How do I change APN settings?

    It appears my APN settings are wrong (MMS not working), went to change them but ive noticed that the safe mode screen is now different and therefore cant change APN! Instead of coming up with the android logo etc it defaults to my home screen with 'Safe Mode' in the corner! Any ideas?
