    Official ICS failed to install after 12%

    I went to software update and there is a 197mb update on my phone then i started to download and it downloaded just fine but after rebooting it is failed always at 12% and meesage comes up " update through kies or contact samsung"... on kies there is no update. My phone is not rooted.
