    Root updating flashed to metro pcs will I lose my flash ?

    I have a flashed HTC Droid incredible and I got an update notification I was wondering if I update it will I lose my flash to metro my phone is rooted also. I was wondering if I used titanium back up or clock work recovery would it back up my flash just in case something went wrong with the update ?
