    will not charge or boot up only goes to lg logo then all the buttons start flashing

    i have no battery power what so ever.So i go to plug it in to charge it, it looks like its booting up but instead it just goes to the lg logo and then the buttons all start flashing. Even if i leave it pluged in doing that for an hour or to,still no battery power.what can i do to fix this?
