Default "Android system recovery <3e>"

y samsung galaxy grand duos GT I9082 is stuck on "Android system recovery <3e>" and does not reboot when I click on "reboot system now". What do I do

Hi

When in that screen the touch screen does not work. Select the option with the volume up and down buttons and press the power button to perform the action
