Default Error 489

What is error 489 and how come this system wastes so much time by downloading the whole thing and then coming up with that error message and NO explanation sending me into a tizz looking for a solution. So much for Android technology...sounds as fickle as humans!

This is what somebody has said worked for them when receiving this error, hope this helps you.
