Default Droid Ultra

I have a brand new Droid Ultra from Verizon. I just received it today and took it out of the box. I pulled out the volume control and the sims card fell out. I thought I was putting it back in correctly but I guess it is in there wrong and how do I get it out of the phone? I can not put the volume control back on the phone. Please help.

Bring it into Verizon. If the volume control came out the phone is defective. (If they charge you even $1 for a new SIM they're robbing you. I always used to have plenty of spares, and I'd never charge a customer for one. After being out of business for years, I still have a small stack of them.)
