Notsure Please help me

i'm new with this type of phone..
when i'm using walkman n radio, it's turn out that i can't hear sound through earphone..
i'm using the earphone that been provided together when i bougth this phone..
is it the earphone problem or phone problem??
what should i do??

Just to clarify, by earphone do you mean a headset? If so, does it not work at all? If you play the music through the regular phone speaker can you hear the music that way?

yes..by earphone mean headset that been given...
i've tried the headset at my pc n it work well..
when i've played music it came out through phone speaker i can hear the music clearly...but when i've connect the headset to phone...nothing came out..

It might be the case that the phone is faulty, the Audio port might not be working properly. I'd suggest to contact your local Sony Mobile office to for a possible evaluation option for your phone.

if is new phone you probably have warranty for phone and best thing is to replace,if not well i think your sound output is probably dead,but that can be fixed,don't worry.
