Default How to connect my phone to my Laptop using wifi?

I want to know wich app allows me to transfer files from my phone to my Pc and vice versa using wifi....`

there is not any such app..n on wifi..phone n laptop are not helpful you need a third server kind thing..to exchange the data

use mhotspot for that purpose. mainly it is used for internet sharing.
