google login issue

Dear friends I have issue with my xperia,it doesnt accept google account login. Is this because of youtube ristriction in pakistan or it has other issue.kindly help me resolve the problm.and how can I install softwares else googleplay.i have saved softwares on my pc drive how I can I install them.
