Default Should I update to ICS?

So I got brand new Arc S with GB on it, but I read lots of bad things about ICS, so should I do the update?

Honestly ICS is a huge step up from GB, but it solely depends on what you want and what you like most in your device.

Personally i would upgrade, just because ICS is such a huge step in the Android World, and Jelly Bean just perfects it. I would suggest making a backup if you can and you can always go back if you want.
