Default medscape

hi i'm a medical student and recently acquired an xperia arc and thought it would be awesome if i could download the medscape app unfortunately when i tried to download all the offline content, shortly after installation, the app merely froze and proceeded to rob me of several prepaid credits

many of the tips I've read haven't helped

the phone is not rooted and i'm not aware of any ad-blocker apps which may be running other than whats app the phone is stock standard

any advice would be much appreciated

As far as I know it should work fine so you shouldn't be facing problems with this phone and that app. And as for the credit you lost with that app I'd suggest you to use the option "Developer" and get in contact with them either by going to their website or send an email to see if possible to get some type of refund for the credits you lost.
