I love my ARC but I have just bought a new car and when I go to use the bluetooth, everything works fine EXCEPT for hearing dialling and the person I am calling (nor can they hear me). My phonebook downloads, I can voice command dial numbers or names, can even stream music but can't hear a thing for calls. Any ideas out there?

Just to confirm, have you tried adjusting the volume while on a call?
