my arc wont charge,got new battery,but same on a usb it says POWER SURGE. disconnect and reset pc...........any takers/

You might of fried your USB on the Arc, since it says Power surge, if so you would need to talk to the manufacturer about getting a new one.

Yeah that doesn't sound good. Moving to the Arc forum in case anybody there has tips. You might dig around in there too and see if you can spot any similar issues.

also main charger or any wont work. new batt had 10% of power an phone came on till batt died..is it fixable

If at all possible I'd try to work with the manufacturer or carrier if you have one and if its still under warranty. Only other thought I have is to try one of those inductive charging mats (cordless charging) if you can find one that's compatible with your device.
