music as ringtone

Ive had my sony ericsson mini pro for 5 months now, and i still cant fathom out how to put music from my memory card on to my phone to use it as a ringtone..... Please Help!

Simply open the track in the Music Player, press the menu button and then hit the "Set as Ringtone" option

Not having much luck at the moment, but i will keep on trying

All ive done is have problems for the past couple of weeks with this phone or with the network (02) im on, only a few hours ago i was on the phone to my fiance and when i was finishing the converasation and ending call the phone went mad screen all over the place and wouldnt let me hang up

Was there any water or dirt on the screen at all as this can make the screen behave like it is possessed?
