xPERIA neo v bricked

i hav an xperia neo v whic i had updated to ics earlier.... so 2day i got a notification on my phone dat a new update s available....
i checked regarding dat update.. so i started that update.... but aftr askin me 2 reconnect the phone... it neva got completed..
instead it gave me a error msg 100....
now my phone is not switchin on....
kindly help..!!!!!
