Cry internal microphone issue

I'm having problems with the internal microphone on my neo.
I've always had issues of people complaining they cannot hear me clearly unless mic is not very much close to mouth.
But when i m in loud speaker, there is no issue..
i have tried a setting call "Noise Suppression" under Call Settings. but the problem not solved.
This may be a hardware issue but if any one have an idea pls. reply me.....

That also sounds to me as a hardware problem. Just to confirm try the Repair Phone option on PC Companion. If the problem still persist then you know is not software but hardware and you'd need to send the phone in to a Sony Ericsson service center.
