Performance of Neo on 4.0.4?

Hi All,

I have SE Xperia Neo. It came along with Android 2.3.2 and then updated it via Sony PC Companion to 2.3.4. Performance boosted like about 2x than before.

Now 4.0.4 is available but to my understanding 4.0.4 may require better hardware config. Can anyone suggest if moving to 4.0.4 affects the current performance?
