Default who can answer my dumb question?

Okay, so I don't own an xperia. I have an lg esteem OCed 1.4GHz custom ROM and reeked to the max. What I want to know is has any one ported the native psx playing ability to other phones? I hate dealing with emulators and such. I have read through all of the forums and can't find anything about it anywhere so I just figured I would ask. I am not very far into my computer science classes so I don't know much about writing code yet. If it can't be done, is it a hardware limitation or is it something else? Thanks for helping.

So is it possible for the certification to be ported to another phone?

Everything can be ported (i think), but there must be somebody who has time and desire to do it.
There is some libs to chsnge and xml files inside the apk, but its a lot to do and its not easy.

Any suggestions? Oh I got the pa store to install through the ps mobile suite.
