Snowy/Static screen on Xperia
The screen has been cracked for over 5 months and has been working good. Until about 2 months ago. Usually it would go snowy I would then slide it open and it'd go away. So I was doing that for a while until this last week. It hasn't helped any more. I can answer calls so the touch portion works.
I'm leaning towards hardware problem maybe the flex ribbon. I saw a video on youtube about how to take it apart but I don't have the tools nor am I comfortable taking my phone apart. If I did take it apart I don't know which ribbon I would need to replace because on the video I saw maybe 3 ribbons.
