I have had my Xperia for about 2 years and it started freezing and blacking out on it's own yesterday. I removed battery and SD card several times hoping that would fix it but no luck. I did a factory reset last night as a last resort. Now it opens after about 5-6 pushes of the button. It won't go to the correct screen-have to go to multiple screens to make phone call. Can't hang up after call because screen is black. On top of that, my battery is now dying in a little over 2 hrs. It can't be because of running apps since my phone now does not recognize the SD card and tried new card and it didn't recognize that one either. What the heck? Do I just need to scrap this thing?
