Cannot make a google-account?

when i trying to make google account, after 2 minutes it says :''Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server.''
is there anything i can do?

There are two possible causes of this issue. the first is a software problem in which case a repair via PC Companion should sort this out. The other cause would be if you have WAP and not Internet settings, this you would need to check with your current network provider.

Hard reset is what i did for myself. Go to settings and factory reset it

go to settings-->sonyericsson and then in that click on internet
a pop up will be displayed saying something like 'charges may apply'
accept that and after 1min try loggin into your google account...
