Question Should i factory reset?
I wanna factory reset to see if some problem persist.I only want to backup my music images and videos.I dont care about the apps since i can redownload them.Are there any risks in factory reseting?

I can advise performing a factory Data Reset will not affect media content as this is located on the SD card. No media can be stored on the handsets memory.
