Hey Peeps!

I'll get to the point. Basically, I've had little kids fiddle with my phone (I know, big mistake), and they seem to have tried to get in my phone by guessing my pattern...20 times! I forgot my answer to my security question so I can't even check my texts! Please help guys, would really appreciate it.

Unfortunately the only way to resolve this issue is to perform a software re installation. I have supplied a link below which will help you achieve this task,

Please be aware that this will remove all data from the handsets memory, but will not touch a SIM card or memory stick.

There's one way to fix this problem, and that is to re-install the software. This basically SWIPES all of the data on the phone (including the passcode, but unfortunately all of your apps etc.)
