how can i move apps to my sd card

i can't install more apps beacause i have low disk space

..so i have to move some of the apps to sd card

...but i don't know if that is possible on android 2.1..

please help

(the phone is rooted)

Unfortunately App2SD is not support with Android 2.1 so you wont be able to achieve this task.

yea i know..:/
i ask if there is any other way to do that...
i found an app calles Link2SD that supports Android 2.1 but you have to make two partitions on your SD card..but i can't understand how exactly i can do that..
