I think what your looking for is Weather & Toggle Widgets. Look for it in the market.
I think there are several similar products, but I've got Weather & Toggle Widgets and like it.
The default skin does not look too much like the hd2 one, but there are other skins that come close, however, don't download any skin until you install the app
