I recently dropped my phone. It's all right apart from a crack at the top right hand corner. Everything works fine, I can still use the screen and all the software apart from being able to view/answer my voicemail. It wouldn't let me use the screen once I called/opened it. Today I updated the software. Now when I go to check my messages, the screen goes black and I can't get out of it without rebooting the phone. I can still hear the answer phone but can't do anything. I'm not sure if this is all because I dropped it or if it's coincidence but it's strange that everything else works fine. Can anyone help? Is there anything I can download? Any updates? Please help me.
