Default X10 can't text or call but still got Wifi

Iím having problem after I removed few apps that I dont use anymore using Titanium Backup.
But after that I couldnít call and text anymore but I still have wifi connection.
If I got to call settings it says :

ďThe application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.Ē

I have already tried backup&restore. And if I turn off and on my Phone again, itís skip the screen where I need to put my simcard code in.

Firmwarer version : 2.1update1

Hope someone can help me out with it

I would reinstall 2.1. Whatever you removed with Titanium backup was too much.

Download SEUS from Sony or PC Companion and reinstall 2.1.
