Default Gmail problem

i have a account in Gmail but every time am trying to signin the apps spend some minutes, after that shows to me this msg " can't establish a reliable data connection to the server. " i cannot use any apps or market.

Do you have a connection to the internet?

If you are connected via wifi, check that you are getting an internet connection on your computer via the wifi router

I have seen this before and if you have a working internet connection and still have the problem then I would advise running a software update as this has resolved this problem before.

I had the same problem only 2 days ago. I ended up having to factory reset, though I'd try the above options before resorting to that.
