Default Album thumbnails disappearing from gallery

My gallery was working fine, but suddenly there are no thumbnails being displayed in gallery. Only a border is seen. I can see the thumbnails in ANDRO thumbnail folder of file manager meaning it is there, just not showing in gallery. I tried 2 apps, SDRescan and Rescan SD, but did not rectify the problem. Please help.

Rebuild the cached pics by opening the settings menu, going into Applications->Manage Apps->go under All Apps and look for the Gallery app.

Clear Cache and Clear Data and Force stop.

Then exit out of that stuff and open the Gallery again and see if those thumbnails are rebuilt.....that should reset it.
