no incoming calls

My x10a uses ATT service. My incoming calls do not ring, but go right to voicemail. Then I get a ringtone to tell me I have a new voicemail.

I looked for a setting to correct this, but did not find any.

Any suggestions???

Does this happen with all calls or only some? If it is with all calls please contact your network provider to have them alter how many rings is allowed before voicemail picks up. If it is only some calls then please check the contact in your phone as there is an option when editing a contact to have calls from the selected number to go straight to voicemail.

Thanks, Yesterday I took a desperate measure and decided to reload the operating system. My phone now connects the way it should. Just had to start over with my set up on everything.
